Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist E-commerce

Remote in Portugal Full-time

Are you passionate about helping people and looking to build an international career We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a dynamic and multicultural team supporting a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

Your role

Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and social media
Assist customers with orders deliveries returns and refunds
Handle inquiries about product availability and services
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach

What you bring

min C1 level Dutch and good command of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
International mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus
