We are looking for aSeniorUXDesignerwho will bringcuriosity craft and creativity to our team.Your workwillraise the UX baracross multiple platforms and helpdefine theshopping experienceon the web sites and native appsinemerging marketsfor one of the most iconic brandsinthe world. You will be anadvocate for end-users and astrongpartnerwith ourproduct and engineeringteams. You willhelpleadinternal design initiatives in developing compellingsolutionsandwell-crafteddesigns thatfeel effortless to use driving engagement and loyalty across our global platforms.Your communication skillswillinfluence colleagues and stakeholdersinspiring us as we work tocontinually improvethe experiences that allow our consumers to browse andpurchasetheir next pair of Levis jeans.

About the Job
Collaborate with Product Management User Research Development Marketing and other team members
Deliverusable engagingexperiences thatbalanceuser needs business goals andtechnical considerationsacross web and mobile platforms
Create clearuser experience vision user journeys end to end-user experiences UI specifications wireframes and prototypes
Articulate ideas and conceptsand communicate them effectivelyforinternal leaders partners and customers
Useinsightsdataclear communicationandgreat craftto build trustinyour work
Partner with ourinsights team usingqualitative and quantitative user researchmethodstoinform design decisions andunearth painpoints and opportunities
Evangelize UXand design thinkingbest practices to our partners and stakeholders
Effectively managemultipledesign projects
Contribute to a positive collaborative anddynamicdesign culture
About You
5 years of UX/UI design experienceina modernproduct development environment
Proventrack recorddesigningsuccessful consumer-facing experiences
Examples of experiences designing global UXinvolvingboth localization andsupplemental/layered design systems
Experience designing sites on Shopify platform
Experiencefacilitatingdesign research
Expertinat least one or two and solidinthe rest of the following disciplines:interaction designinformation architecture UIdesignvisual design motion designservice designstorytellingand prototyping
A high standard of creativity and craft and the desire to create wonderful design work that goesabove and beyondexpectations
Expertisewith web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solution
Highly proficientindesign tools such as FigmaandAdobe Creative Cloud
Experiencefacilitatingdesignworkshops
Four-year degreeinHuman-ComputerInteraction graphic design orotherrelevant field
Strong portfolio of web and native app design thatdemonstratesthe depth of your experience
