Responsibilities

• Work with guests to arrange for pick-up and payment of aged repairs

• Service Loaner Car (Rental Car) management

• Work In Process repairs maintenance and communication

• Assist with warranty documentation

• Follow up with client calls and scheduling

• Assist with pick up and drop off clients

• Assist with checking in and out of clients

• Assist with parking and pulling up vehicles
