Key Responsibilities:

Direct the cardiovascular service line including operational personnel financial and strategic management.
Develop and implement policies procedures protocols and organizational structures.
Manage personnel actions (hires performance appraisals training) ensuring competency and skill development.
Lead quality improvement marketing business development and strategic planning initiatives.
Develop budgets monitor compliance and set short- to long-range goals with performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Health Care Administration Nursing or related field (Masters degree preferred).
5 years of progressively responsible leadership in a hospital setting; 2 years in cardiovascular leadership preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills to solve complex administrative technical and human challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for internal/external stakeholders.
Proven expertise in process development financial management and regulatory compliance.
