Job Summary

Job Description

We are hiring skilled professionals to manage IT warehouse operations logistics and vendor coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

Handling IT assets like laptops desktops monitors UPS and accessories
Performing laptop imaging and basic technical checks
Tracking IT assets in inventory systems and Excel reports
Managing forward reverse and break-fix shipments
Coordinating with courier logistics and repair vendors
Following up on RMAs repairs and replacements
Ensuring correct documentation for all IT asset movements
Conducting inventory audits and stock validation
Maintaining safety stock and supporting bulk shipments
Preparing reports and sharing updates with IT and operations teams
Ensuring warehouse SOPs and SLAs are followed

Who Can Apply:

Experience in IT asset management / IT logistics / warehouse operations
Good knowledge of Excel inventory tracking and documentation
Experience working with vendors and handling escalations
Able to manage data reports and daily operations independently
Comfortable working in a warehouse and logistics setup

This is a warehouse-based skilled role
Strong process and documentation adherence is required
