Desktop Support Technician Job Description Job Summary

The Desktop Support Technician provides first- and second-level technical support for end users ensuring reliable operation of desktops laptops peripherals and related systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware software and basic network issues while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers printers and peripheral devices

  • Install configure and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Troubleshoot hardware software and basic network connectivity issues

  • Perform system imaging software installations and OS upgrades

  • Manage user accounts passwords and permissions (Active Directory / Azure AD basics)
