We are looking for a Production Support Specialist with strong experience supporting enterprise applications in 24x7 production environments
The ideal candidate will have handson expertise in Oracle PLSQL scripting PythonPerl Informatica and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk along with experience in job scheduling using AutoSys

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 L3 production support for businesscritical applications
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using Dynatrace and Splunk
Perform incident triage root cause analysis and problem resolution
Work with Oracle PLSQL for data validation analysis and issue fixing
Develop and maintain Python and Perl scripts for automation and troubleshooting
Support and monitor Informatica ETL jobs and data pipelines
Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows using AutoSys
Follow ITIL processes for Incident Problem and Change Management
Collaborate with development data and infrastructure teams
Maintain runbooks SOPs and operational documentation
