Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with quantity surveyors contractors consulting engineers and developers to promote the WireWall high-security fencing system.
  • Drive WireWall inclusion on commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.
  • Price tenders respond to RFQs and convert technically compliant bids into confirmed orders.
  • Defend product specifications against substitution and value-engineering pressures.
  • Grow market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and leverage branding and project visibility opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Provide informed technical and commercial guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously enhance product industry and competitor knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification (diploma or degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in external B2B sales preferably within construction industrial or project-based environments.
  • Proven experience selling into quantity surveyor- or procurement-led buying processes.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous.

  • Strong commercial and negotiation capability.
  • Self-motivated disciplined and able to work independently in a project sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tenders simultaneously.
  • Strategic and technical guidance provision throughout the sales process.
