Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with quantity surveyors contractors consulting engineers and developers to promote the WireWall high-security fencing system.

Drive WireWall inclusion on commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.

Price tenders respond to RFQs and convert technically compliant bids into confirmed orders.
-
Defend product specifications against substitution and value-engineering pressures.
-
Grow market share within the assigned territory.
-
Identify and leverage branding and project visibility opportunities.
-
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
-
Maintain accurate CRM records sales forecasts and activity reports.
-
Provide informed technical and commercial guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Continuously enhance product industry and competitor knowledge.
Qualifications:
-
Matric certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification (diploma or degree preferred).
-
Minimum of 3 years experience in external B2B sales preferably within construction industrial or project-based environments.
-
Proven experience selling into quantity surveyor- or procurement-led buying processes.
-
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
-
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous.
Skills:

Strong commercial and negotiation capability.

Self-motivated disciplined and able to work independently in a project sales environment.

Excellent interpersonal relationship-building and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
