Job Summary
An established engineering supply company in Jet Park is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to support their sales team. This role will be based within the warehouse environment and will focus on assisting customers processing orders and supporting the external sales team with quotations and product queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and quotations
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Support the external sales team with order processing and administration - Liaise with the warehouse team regarding stock availability and order preparation
- Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Assist customers with product information and availability
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 2 to 4 years internal sales experience
- Experience within engineering supplies industrial supplies or technical products would be advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate with experience processing sales orders
- Ability to work in a warehouse-based sales environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Opportunity to work within the engineering and industrial supply sector
- Exposure to a technical product environment
- Work within a practical team supporting both customers and sales operations
