Develop and execute business growth strategies for cryogenic storage transport regasification systems and integrated gas solutions.
Identify new markets customers and project opportunities across industrial healthcare and energy sectors.
Identify and engage new clients in gas distribution EPC and energy industries.
Manage key accounts and ensure strong customer relationships with gas majors OEMs and distributors.
Lead and mentor the business development and marketing teams.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design customer-centric solutions.
Manage key client relationships and long-term strategic accounts.
Drive brand-building initiatives digital presence and participation in global exhibitions.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred.
10 20 years of experience in business development and marketing in cryogenics vaporisers Regasification systems LNG systems pressure vessels or related industrial equipment sectors.
Strong network with gas companies (e.g. Linde Air Liquide Praxair etc.) is highly desirable.
Strong Network with Energy companies for LNG is also desirable.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of Indian Domestic business tendering and export / International markets.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
