Scope of Responsibilities:
Data Quality:

Review customer information and supporting documentation required for the completion and upload to customer relationship management tool

Update propriety systems with collected information and documentation to ensure completeness

Perform data quality assurance checks on customer profiles & data.
Client Onboarding and Maintenance:
-
Conduct customer risk assessment; support customer onboarding and periodic reviews in compliance with Firms policies and operational procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
-
Investigate escalate and resolve name screening monitoring alerts and queries
-
Ensure completeness of CDD information and supporting documentation
-
Perform AML internal controls and address blocking issues
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor degree preferably in business or economics
-
2-3 years experience.
-
Good knowledge of capital markets and AML knowledge within Asia Pacific region
-
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel applications with knowledge of macro VBA SQL Tableau PowerBI etc. being advantageous
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
