About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media advertising campaigns performance tracking and campaign optimization to drive measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across social and programmatic platforms.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager TikTok Display & Video 360 and Teads Ad Manager.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets bids targeting and creatives to achieve campaign goals.
- Run A/B tests on ads creatives and audiences to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and ensure proper tagging and tracking implementation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.
- Stay updated with paid media trends and identify opportunities for campaign growth and optimization.
Required Skills
- 35 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing / Social Media Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Understanding of campaign optimization targeting strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience in performance reporting and campaign analytics.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
