Job Summary

Event Sponsorship Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Event Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sponsorship revenue within the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of digital media and intellectual property.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sponsorship revenue targets for events.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors understanding their marketing objectives and aligning them with event opportunities.
  • Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition and ROI for partners.
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage existing sponsor relationships ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and upselling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event operations teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship activations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in digital media IP and sponsorship to identify new revenue streams and opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance pipeline and key metrics.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  • 9 to 12 years of progressive experience in sponsorship sales specifically within the entertainment sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sponsorship sales event sponsorship digital media and intellectual property (IP).
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and client service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
