Job Description:

Strategy & Planning
Create social media strategies aligned to brand and business goals
Build monthly content plans calendars & campaign ideas
Define platform-wise content approach (Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
Plan growth engagement & performance strategies
Execution & Delivery (Very Important)
Oversee and execute daily posting scheduling & publishing
Write / review captions hooks & content directions
Coordinate with designers & video editors (or create yourself if needed)
Ensure timelines quality & consistency across all accounts
Manage approvals & client communication
Campaigns & Performance
Plan and execute launches campaigns & special days
Work with performance team on boosted posts & ads
Track insights analyze whats working and optimize content
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Team & Client Handling
Be the main point of contact for assigned clients
Present strategies ideas & plans confidently to clients
Mentor junior team members & interns
Ensure smooth internal workflow between strategy design & content
