Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst (Requirements Elicitation Communication Documentation 8 yrs)

Location: Austin TX (Remote - Candidates must already reside in Texas)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Strong expertise in eliciting and documenting both business and technical requirements
Proven ability to communicate complex system designs and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated ability to gather stakeholder input develop actionable plans and execute them successfully
Strong commitment to follow-through accountability and delivering high-quality customer service
Experience creating business cases planning documents and detailed analysis artifacts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with government regulations policies and administrative processes

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit analyze and document requirements
Translate complex business needs into clear actionable functional and technical specifications
Prepare business cases project plans and supporting documentation to guide decision-making
Facilitate meetings workshops and presentations with stakeholders at various levels
Ensure requirements alignment throughout the project lifecycle and support successful implementation
Provide consistent follow-up and support to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project success
