Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will analyze operational workflows system usage patterns and partner agency interactions to identify risks and stabilization opportunities. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to document existing processes evaluate operational dependencies and provide insights that support the development of stabilization recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews.
- Document existing system workflows and operational processes.
- Analyze partner administration workflows supported by legacy systems.
- Identify operational risks and workflow constraints affecting service continuity.
- Document functional requirements and system usage patterns.
- Support identification of stabilization measures required during modernization.
- Prepare the Requirements and Partner Workflow Assessment deliverable.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure operational insights inform architecture recommendations.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Experience conducting system assessments or discovery initiatives.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Business process modeling
- Requirements analysis and documentation
- Workflow analysis and operational assessment
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
