QAD Adaptive ERP is a specialized cloud-based ERP system designed for mid-to-large-sized manufacturing companies. It focuses on enabling businesses to adapt to industry disruptions through financials supply chain management production and customer management modules. Key features include AI-driven analytics a connected workforce (via Redzone) and a focus on speed with implementations sometimes completed in 90 days.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work as a Business Analyst with primary focus on SAP modules (MM PP WM IM)
Handle business analysis activities aligned with warehouse and supply chain operations
Work closely with WMS (Warehouse Management System) for warehouse operations including receiving storage picking packing and shipping
Support and analyze QAD ERP system functionalities across financials supply chain production and customer management
Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth operations and system enhancements
Assist in identifying issues and providing solutions related to SAP and non-SAP systems
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP MM PP WM IM
Business Analyst experience or strong business background
Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Knowledge of QAD ERP System
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI-driven analytics in ERP systems
Exposure to Redzone (connected workforce tools)
Strong understanding of warehouse and manufacturing processes
