Job Title: Expert Data Engineer Data Management & Governance

Location: San Ramon CA or Oakland CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Range: $70 to $72

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management Governance & Quality

Design implement and enhance Data Governance Metadata Management and Data Quality solutions.
Build and maintain complex Data Quality (DQ) rules to support business and compliance requirements.
Enable and operationalize DG & DQ features for business users with a strong understanding of platform operating models.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate governance and quality requirements into technical solutions.
Manage user access roles and permissions across DM platforms.

DM Technology Expertise Ataccama ONE.

Hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE including:

Data Governance (DG)Metadata Management Data Quality (DQ)
Develop and manage complex DQ rules.
Work with Ataccama ONE Desktop for rule development and configuration.
Collibra.
Configure and support Collibra Data Governance and Metadata Management features.
Build and maintain custom workflows.
Support metadata curation and governance processes.
Data Engineering & Integration.
Develop and manage Snowflake data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
Work with Foundry using Python for data engineering and transformation.
Design and build APIs for custom integrations between platforms.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica MuleSoft and/or other ETL tools.

Required Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Data Management Data Governance and Data Quality.
Hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE and/or Collibra.
Solid experience with Snowflake data modeling and development.
Proficiency in Python especially in data engineering contexts.
Experience building APIs and custom integrations.
Hands-on ETL experience with Informatica MuleSoft or similar tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
