The ideal candidate is organized efficient and comfortable working with large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Enter update and maintain data in company databases and systems
Verify data accuracy and correct any errors or inconsistencies
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Generate reports and retrieve data when requested
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry administrative support or a related role preferred
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (typically 45–60 WPM preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and data management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Good communication and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM or database systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets reporting and data verification
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
