Job Summary

Asshiana, a prominent organization in the industry, is seeking a dynamic Chef Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Chef Executive at Asshiana, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our culinary operations and driving excellence in our kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality food production.

- Develop innovative menus and dishes that align with our brand and exceed customer expectations.

- Monitor food and labor costs to maintain profitability without compromising on quality.

- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Train and mentor kitchen employees to enhance their skills and performance.

- Collaborate with vendors to source the best ingredients while managing inventory effectively.


Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment.

- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.

- In-depth knowledge of various culinary styles, techniques, and kitchen procedures.

- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent work experience is preferred.

- Understanding of food cost control, menu planning, and kitchen management best practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety.

- Proficiency in menu engineering and culinary creativity.
