Role Overview

The Analyst will support the Office Services Transaction Team in preparing client pitches conducting market research and performing financial and data analysis. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate consulting and office leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Pitches & Consulting Support

• Support preparation of proposals RFP responses and client presentations
• Assist in tailoring pitch materials based on client requirements and industry context
• Maintain internal best-practice tools pitch templates and case study repositories

Financial & Analytical Support

• Support lease cash flow modeling and comparative analysis of real estate options
• Assist in preparation of occupancy cost models and financial summaries
• Develop structured Excel-based analysis to support client decision-making

Market Research & Intelligence

• Conduct secondary and primary research on office markets occupiers developers and industries
• Track rentals vacancy absorption new supply and transaction activity
• Monitor government incentives infrastructure developments and regulatory updates relevant to occupiers

Data Management & Automation

• Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
• Support data cleaning validation and analysis for dashboards and reports
• Use analytical tools to identify trends and insights supporting business development

Internal & Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with transaction managers research and other internal teams
• Support multi-city and cross-border mandates through coordinated data collection

Skills & Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI/Tableau exposure is a plus)
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
• Curiosity about real estate markets and consulting work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Real Estate or related fields
• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior internship or exposure to consulting real estate analytics or research is a plus
