Joining an established team of Candidate Managers you will work closely with one of our experienced Account Managers and will be responsible for searching qualifying and matching suitable candidates to vacancies provided by Talents clients. These vacancies will be based across both the commercial and government sectors. Good Candidate Managers are most definitely self-starters and can multi-task and prioritise which in-turn will help you optimise daily duties.
This is an extremely supportive environment to work in - we work as a team providing dedicated support to everyone within the organisation and with a structured training and induction program your transition into the business will be a smooth and rewarding experience. - Building and managing talent pools proactively.
- Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies.
- Coordinating interviews assessment and offers of candidates.
- Building awesome relationships with clients and Hiring Managers.
Qualifications :
Experience
Were striving to find that person who has the right aptitude passion and commitment who is interested in a long-term career in recruitment.
Whilst previous recruitment experience would be an advantage its not essential to be successful in this role. Some of our top performers both here in QLD and nationally started in this role with no prior experience.
What is important is that you have a customer service focus and can demonstrate a positive resilient creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
