Job Summary
1. Support the Finance Controller in overseeing accounting budgeting forecasting financial reporting and compliance.2. Manage and execute monthend close across ledgers; prepare journal entries trial balances and variance explanations3. Prepare review and present financial statements (P&L balance sheet cash flow) to management and stakeholders. 4. Support budgeting forecasting and KPI development; conduct variance analysis and scenario modeling. 5. Implement and monitor internal controls ERP systems and accounting processes for compliance and efficiency. 6. Coordinate and prepare audit schedules; liaise with external auditors and ensure timely resolution of findings. 7. Analyze financial data to uncover trends drive cost-savings initiatives and support decision-making. 8. Manage accounts payable/receivable tax documentation procurement oversight and intercompany reconciliations.9. Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. IT sales HR) to streamline financial processes and support system implementations.10. Mentor finance and accounting staff ensuring knowledge transfer and process adherence.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related; CMA/CPA qualification preferred.2. 5 years of relevant experienceideally 35 years in controlling financial analysis or assistant controller roles.3. Proven mastery of month-end close budgeting forecasting and financial controls. 4. Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS statutory compliance and audit requirements.
