Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly empathetic and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at Au Natural Organics. As the voice of our brand you will be responsible for helping customers with inquiries orders and product education while providing a warm and thoughtful experience in line with our organic values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat phone and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with orders returns exchanges and shipping inquiries
- Educate customers about our organic products ingredients and sustainability practices
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics marketing quality) to resolve issues
- Provide feedback on recurring customer questions and product insights
- Uphold brand voice values and customer care standards in every interaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree a plus)
- 1 year of customer support or customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for organic natural and sustainable products
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems email platforms and basic tech tools
