Tasks
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for road construction projects ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering teams contractors and stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate them into actionable plans.
- Monitor project progress track milestones and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status highlighting risks bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices in planning and resource management to optimize efficiency and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering & PG Diploma Planning.
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the highway street and bridge construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
