Job Title: HR Admin Executive
Location: Santej Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–3 Years (Manufacturing background preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: 3 LPA – 5 LPA
time - 9 to 6
Job Summary:
The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative activities implementing HR processes ensuring statutory compliance and supporting employee lifecycle management. The role focuses on building structured HR systems and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update organizational structure and organogram.
Develop implement and maintain HR policies SOPs and workflows.
Support payroll processing and manage attendance and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Identify and document roles and responsibilities across departments.
Prepare and maintain standardized job descriptions.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening and coordination.
Manage onboarding induction confirmation and exit formalities.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Support performance management processes including KRAs KPIs and appraisals.
Coordinate employer branding and hiring-related social media posts.
Handle general office administration vendor coordination and facility management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Knowledge of statutory labor laws and compliance.
Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience with ERP or HRMS software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Proactive and responsible approach to work.
