We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator to coordinate and manage a Red Team / Network & Security technical team. The role requires strong leadership capabilities combined with a hands-on technical approach. The selected professional will actively contribute to technical activities while being responsible for team coordination quality assurance and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordinate and manage a technical team ensuring delivery quality and operational efficiency
• Actively participate in technical activities maintaining a hands-on role
• Ensure alignment between project objectives technical execution and business requirements
• Serve as a technical reference point for internal teams and enterprise customers
• Support planning execution and monitoring of projects within agreed timelines and scope
• Promote best practices process improvement and continuous technical development within the team
• Ensure high standards of professionalism communication and service quality

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in network security or infrastructure-related roles

• Proven experience in technical team coordination or leadership

• Strong background in enterprise environments and customer-facing projects

• eCPPTv2 CEH OSCP PNPT CPTS CPENT CRTP

• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor

• CREST Registered Tester

• CompTIA PenTest

• OSCP / OSEP
