Location: Onsite (MondayThursday) New York City or San Francisco
Compensation: $160000 $200000 base salary
Bonus: $20000 $30000 annual bonus
Additional Compensation: Equity

Leveling Flexibility (All-In Estimates):

• Analyst: $120K$130K

• Associate: $130K$150K

• Manager: $160K$180K (typically 3 years strong experience startup exposure)

Visa Sponsorship: TN or other simple visa pathways considered
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

The Opportunity

HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a fast-growing fintech logistics company seeking a Business Operations Associate to join its BizOps team.

This is a high-impact generalist role for someone who thrives in ambiguity enjoys solving complex operational problems and wants ownership over meaningful parts of the business. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering Sales Underwriting and Customer Success applying analytical thinking daily to help scale a rapidly growing company.

The problems you tackle will evolve with the businessoffering exposure to both hands-on execution and strategic decision-making.

What Youll Work On

Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives such as:

• Defining and tracking vertical-specific KPIs tied directly to business performance

• Optimizing the growth funnel across both pre-sale and post-sale workflows

• Building scalable process playbooks for key teams (Sales Underwriting Operations Support)

• Designing and running experiments to improve revenue retention and operational efficiency

• Analyzing purchasing transaction and payments data to drive smarter decisions

• Conducting customer and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points and uncover opportunities

• Partnering closely with Engineering to translate operational needs into product and workflow improvements

• Managing cross-functional projects end-to-end from problem definition through execution

This role offers meaningful ownership and the chance to directly influence how the business scales.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered for interview.

• 13 years of experience in management consulting strategy BizOps or a highly analytical role at a high-growth company

• Bachelors degree from a top 30 university

• Strong analytical skillset including advanced Excel and comfort building structured presentations

• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight

• High-ownership mindset and comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments

• Structured problem-solver who is highly data-driven and execution-oriented

• Stable resume with consistent tenure and measurable impact (no jumpy or short-term patterns)

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Differentiators)

Candidates with the following background will be viewed as standout applicants:

• Startup exposure in addition to consulting or analytical experience

• Strong interest in strategy finance and operational scaling

• SQL skills or advanced data analysis experience

• Experience working closely with product or engineering teams on workflow-heavy initiatives
