Job Summary
Capitol City Ford Greenfield is looking to immediately add a talented Finance & Insurance Manager.
An F&I Manager will
- Assist the department manager to lead and direct the sales staff
- Help our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Accurately desks deals submits deals to lenders for approval makes credit decisions and effectively close deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines
- Completes paperwork accurately
- Ensures prompt funding for all contracts

The right candidate must have
- Finance experience is a plus
- Relationships with local banks a REAL PLUS!
- Previous Automotive Sales RECOMMENDED
- Prior automotive sales management experience isa plus
- A team-player attitude focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Self-motivation with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication strong negotiation and presentation skills
- The ability to close and the desire to succeed
- Professional appearance
- A clean criminal record& drug test
