About the opportunity
As the Claims Analyst you will be manage a portfolio of individual claim files related to serious and fatal incidents along with WorkSafe Agents supporting injured workers and families through the claims process. You will also provide policy and operational support to WorkSafe Agents and internal clients to help meet key objectives.
In addition you will also provide broader support to strategic priorities programs and other projects within the business.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the most vulnerable cohort within the scheme and work on exciting initiatives related to policy and process design.

About you
You will be an experienced analyst with strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage with and manage a diverse group of both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be someone who is self-motivated and is able to take initiative to deliver key outcomes whilst also being able to manage challenging and sensitive situations.
