We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for an initial 4month contract to support a large complex health environment undertaking analysis and planning for future digital and operational improvements. This role is best suited to a requirementsfocused stakeholderdriven Business Analyst who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams and translating complex clinical and operational needs into clear structured requirements.
In this role you will work closely with business clinical and technical stakeholders to define capabilities document requirements and support decisionmaking around future solutions. The work is analysisled rather than deliveryled with a strong emphasis on requirements definition workshop facilitation documentation quality and traceability. You will contribute to structured analysis that informs solution options including build configure or vendorbased approaches without being responsible for solution design or delivery.
This is a handson role suited to someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity engaging senior stakeholders and producing highquality artefacts that align to established standards and governance processes. Flexible working arrangements may be available with some onsite presence expected.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role candidates should demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex ICT digital or dataenabled initiatives.
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation analysis validation and documentation including workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Experience translating business or clinical objectives into clear structured requirements and delivery options.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into practical artefacts.
- Experience producing analysis documentation such as requirements packs process models decision records or capability models.
- Exposure to health government or large enterprise environments (highly regarded but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with structured delivery environments (Agile Waterfall or hybrid) and working within governance frameworks.
