Job Summary
The Safety Administrator will support ATS-RMC (Relay Marketplace Carriers) Program Management team. The successful candidate will be highly organized extremely detail oriented self-motivated and demonstrate ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Key job responsibilities
Provide administrative support and high-volume data management.
Gain and manage access to vendor work order portals in accordance with provided instructions.
Utilize tracking sheets and portals to monitor project completion and progress.
Conduct thorough reviews of weekly vendor reports to ensure compliance with project standards.
Maintain comprehensive tracking records for all projects.
Provide regular updates on project completion metrics to the Program Manager.
Report any installation or vendor performance issues to the Program Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate record-keeping in relevant administrative systems.
Handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within our processes and policies.
Demonstrate a history of teamwork and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet time-sensitive tasks.
About the team
2 years of professional or military experience
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Experience with end-to-end project management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
