Technical Support Analyst - 100% ON SITE

Start date: 03/31/2026 07/31/2026

Colonial Heights VA 23834 In Person Only Onsite

This role is 100% on site with the potential for 1 day a week remote. MUST BE ABLE TO INTERVIEW AND WORK ON SITE.

Empathy & Patience: Ability to remain calm and professional while assisting frustrated or non-technical users. (Required 3 Years)
Technology Support Duties: Perform additional tasks related to Technology Services as assigned by the Manager of IT Services and/or Chief Information Officer. (Required 3 Years)
Active Listening: Ability to identify user issues by picking up clues from user descriptions even when they cannot clearly explain the problem. (Required 3 Years)
Clear Communication: Ability to translate technical solutions into simple jargon-free language for non-technical users. (Required 3 Years)
Multitasking: Ability to accurately document notes while speaking with users and navigating multiple systems or screens simultaneously. (Required 3 Years)
