Technical Skills
Advanced SQL Python
Health Insurance Contact Center domain experience
Salesforce (Service Cloud Reporting Admin experience helpful)
GCP
ETL pipeline development in Big Query (Data cleaning and transformation )
GCP data engineering experience : Big Query Repositories Looker studio IAM policies.
Tableau
Create and maintain Executive dashboards.
Alerts and Reports
Tableau Server Administration (maintaining refresh schedules data prep and connections server administration performance optimization)
