Your Mission: Train the AI That Trains the Agency
Ready to work on something that actually sounds cool at parties We need someone to develop a complete AI assistant training program from scratchand yes itll be used across the entire agency. This isnt a shadow someone and take notes internship. This is a you own the project internship.

The Project: Agency Risk Management/Information Security
Create an end-to-end eLearning solution for AI assistant deployment.
The DMV is implementing AI assistants and someone needs to build the training program that teaches staff how to use and manage them effectively. That someone could be you.
What Youll Build:
Complete learning/training plan for AI assistant use and management
SCORM-compliant training course (industry-standard eLearning format)
A production-ready solution customized for DMVs environment
What Youll Actually Learn:
Hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies
Instructional design skills (how to teach people complex tech)
Project management in a real government agency
How innovationactually happensin large public-sector organizations
Technical skills thatmatter:eLearning development SCORM compliance AI implementation
Technical skills that matter: eLearning development SCORM compliance AI implementation
Translation: This goes on your resume as Designed and deployed agency-wide AI training program with real deliverables to back it up.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years old
Completed at least 2 semesters (24 credit hours) by May 2026 and currently enrolled
OR graduated December 2025/May 2026
3.0 GPA minimum
Strong communicationand presentation skills
Comfortable with Microsoft 365
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Available 40 hours/week on-site
Additional Considerations
Completed 4 semesters (48 credit hours)
Majoring in Criminal Justice Information Technology or Project Management
A recent graduate (Dec 2025 or May 2026)
