Role Summary:
The Senior Manager Strategy will drive key strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in the Agency Channel. The role involves developing business strategies improving advisor activation strategies and partnering with sales leaders to strengthen activation and reactivation of advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute strategic plans for the Agency channel.
- Drive advisor lifecycle initiatives: activation & re-engagement.
- Use analytics to identify opportunity pools and performance gaps.
- Drive digital adoption (AI call bots advisor apps dashboards).
- Partner with ADRV team to activate inactive/vintage advisors.
- Manage strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
- Create dashboards and insights for leadership reviews.
Skills & Experience:
- 38 years in strategy sales planning consulting or distribution enablement.
- Strong understanding of Agency distribution in life insurance.
- Analytical structured and strong stakeholder management skills.
- MBA preferred.
Impact Areas:
Advisor activation productivity uplift digital transformation and business growth for the Agency channel.
