Role Overview
The Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of
projects. This role acts as a central point of communication between management operations and technical
teams ensuring alignment timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Primary Skills:

Project planning coordination and cross-functional communication
Agile / Scrum execution and sprint tracking
Documentation MIS dashboards and reporting
Data analysis databases and problem-solving

Core Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Guide and motivate project teams assign tasks based on expertise and remove technical roadblocks.
Identify potential issues manage project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Serve as the main point of contact updating stakeholders and senior management on progress issues
and milestones.
Ensure project deliverables meet technical standards and requirements.
Maintain detailed project documentation reports and tracking of progress.
Coordinate and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams including management
operations and technical stakeholders.
Gather analyse and consolidate requirements and inputs from multiple departments.
Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams to ensure clarity of objectives and timelines.
Track project progress identify gaps and support timely resolution of issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation records trackers and process notes.
Prepare and present project reports MIS dashboards and presentations for internal reviews and
leadership updates.
Support data-driven decision-making through basic data analysis and manipulation.
Translating business and operations needs into product documentation
Tracking feature progress and supporting sprint planning & releases
Maintaining product-specific documentation and dashboards (vs only project tracking)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong background in IT software development or relevant technical fields.
Proficiency in methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and project management software.
Excellent interpersonal conflict resolution and leadership skills.
Typically requires 2-5 years of experience in project program or technical leadership roles.
Basic product management knowledge and Agile lifecycle understanding.
Domain familiarity with logistics / last-mile delivery / EV operations
Explicit mention of databases and data manipulation
Use of AI tools for productivity
Startup mindset (adaptability proactiveness fast learning)
