Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to appoint and manage dealers and distributors across Gujarat in the innerwear and basic casual wear category.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Distributor Appointment

Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers.

Expand network in urban semi-urban and rural markets.

Conduct market surveys and feasibility studies.
Channel Management
-
Manage and develop existing distributor network.
-
Ensure stock availability and smooth secondary sales.
-
Monitor distributor ROI and market discipline.
Sales & Target Achievement
-
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
-
Track competitor activity and market trends.
-
Execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Market Development
-
Drive retailer expansion and visibility.
-
Implement trade schemes and promotions.
-
Ensure strong in-store presence.
Reporting & Collections
Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in innerwear / apparel / FMCG channel sales.
-
Strong experience in dealer & distributor appointment.
-
Proven track record in Gujarat market.
-
Willing to travel extensively.
Compensation
-
40000 - 80000 CTC per month (based on experience).
-
10-20% hike over current CTC based on capability.
-
Gratuity incentives and leave pay are not included in CTC for recruitment fee calculation.
