Responsibilities
- Lead patient engagement solution practice in southeast Asia countries. The solution will leverage IQVIA propertied patient platform to work with IQVIA patient service team on assisting patients to enroll and use patient assistant program patient support program and patient experience program.
- Drive trusted client relationship and successful project delivery to make IQVIA to be a market leader in patient engagement solution area.
- Act as a thought leader in patient solutions in various of industry event or IQVIA hosted event.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation listening skills and communications skills
- Professional; goal-oriented; competitive; proactive
- Historical practice leading experience on patient engagement solutions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to achieve revenue and profitability target
- Ability to engage with C level clients to build trusted relationship
- People and project management experience
- 5 years of experience in managing patient support program patient experience program.
- BA/BS degree
- Based in Malysia

- Fluent English speaking.
- Life Science Industry experience
