Were hiring Crisis Technicians to provide behavioral support daily skill-building and crisis intervention to individuals with autism developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral or psychiatric needs.

Pay & Incentives

$23.00 per hour starting wage
Experience-based pay available for qualified candidates
Annual wage increase opportunities
Retirement plan with up to 4% employer match after one year

What Youll Do

Support individuals with daily living skills (hygiene cooking cleaning shopping)
Teach and reinforce coping skills to manage challenging behaviors
Use verbal de-escalation/redirection to maintain safety
Observe behaviors and follow individualized behavior support plans
Work hands-on in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Who Were Looking For

18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Knowledge of ABA autism or behavioral support or willingness to learn
Valid drivers license personal vehicle and ability to obtain a Class E license
Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong communication patience and problem-solving skills

Training & Growth

Level One Med Aide
Weekday/daytime availability required for first 2 weeks of training.
