P&C Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a team. This role is primarily focused on managing personal lines accounts with a smaller emphasis on commercial and farm lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to cross-sell and write new business. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $60000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts from A-Z including quoting renewals and account rounding
- Handle standard personal lines accounts and commercial accounts up to $10000
- Provide exceptional customer service in a highly customer-facing role
- Take advantage of call-in walk-in and cross-sell opportunities to write new business
- Collaborate with a small close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize insurance software for account management (training provided; independent agency CRM experience required)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in account management within an independent agency
- Strong background in personal lines with some exposure to commercial and farm lines
- Familiarity with independent agency CRM systems
- Proven ability to cross-sell and write new business
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small office environment
