Estimated hourly base pay: $29.33 (minimum) - $37.98 (midpoint) - $47.12 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble test and troubleshoot automated hydraulic test stands for aerospace servo valves and control actuators.
Perform calibration and maintenance of hydraulic pneumatic and electronic test equipment.
Assist in the design development and implementation of testing procedures and systems.
Conduct hands-on testing of pressure temperature and flow for aerospace components.
Interpret and follow engineering drawings schematics and test procedures.
Document test results and provide feedback to the engineering team for system optimization.
Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve system issues during development and testing phases.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures while working with high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Maintain detailed records of test configurations setups and results for traceability and quality assurance.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and reliability.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of hydraulic pneumatic and electronic systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings schematics and test documentation.
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as pressure gauges flow meters pumps LVDTs and temperature sensors.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair complex test systems.
Familiarity with data acquisition systems and software (e.g. LabVIEW or similar tools) is a plus.
Basic programming and computer skills for configuring and operating automated systems.
Knowledge of safety practices related to high-pressure hydraulic systems and testing environments.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with engineers and technicians.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
