Job Summary
Job Description
- To provide technical submissions and method statements related to Building work installation
- Responsible for site Installation Quality Control.
- Supervise contractors work to ensure their compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
- Conduct on-site inspections and monitor work progress
- To prepare quality reports for review and provide improvement statements.
- To liaise with contractors for execution of rectification.-Coordinate with project consultants and contractors on all matters relating to builders work installation and performance on site
- 100% full time working in site office
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong or equivalent in Building discipline
- At least 8 years relevant site experience at data centre and inspection work
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Well organized and independent
