About the role:
We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen the cybersecurity maturity across the applications/products in our this role you will lead and drive cybersecurity development initiatives collaborate closely with product & cybersecurity teams and ensure that our cybersecurity commitments standards and governance practices are consistently met.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive cybersecurity maturity across all products within the department.
Guide and lead cybersecurity practices for new application launches or when selecting new vendors or technologies.
Lead and govern the implementation of cybersecurity measures with strong focus on quality compliance and timelines.
Implement and run the cybersecurity governance forum within the organization.
Lead and coordinate security assurance and certification initiatives (e.g. ISO 27001).
Ensure cybersecurity risks and mitigation actions are clearly identified tracked and effectively managed.
Maintain clear visibility continuous monitoring and control of cybersecurity risks and mitigation plans.
Implement and govern the vulnerability management processes within the department.
Actively collaborate with the cybersecurity unit and our product teams to convert cybersecurity objectives into actionable plans.
Ensure that our partners and suppliers are also driving cyber security compliance according to our cybersecurity norms.
Bring in continuous improvements by regularly collaborating with the broader cybersecurity community inside and outside the organization.
Skills & experience we are looking for:
3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity with demonstrated achievements in one or more domains.
ISO27001 Lead Implementor/ AWS certifications.
Experience on ISO27001 audits and compliance workflows.
Experience in working with AWS/salesforce web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of secure software development and application security best practices.
Experience working in agile environments.
Ability to work independently or as part of distributed global teams.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Strong communication abilities with English language proficiency.
University-level degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Information Security Computer Science IT Management).
