Training & Development: Complete ABM training and SOPs; ensure monthly safety training; train employees Leads and Supervisors; maintain accurate training records.
Site Oversight: Conduct face-to-face check-ins with site POCs; address audits and complaints; perform weekly equipment inspections; complete SWOP entries daily.
Professional Conduct: Maintain respectful communication; ensure confidentiality; report violations and suspicious behavior.
Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling and attendance; update Epay punches; submit timesheets weekly; foster employee engagement; ensure safety compliance.

Proven experience in project or operations management.
