Role:Senior Account Manager

About the role:

OLIVER is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies thatoperatefrom within their offices. We are building a team of individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their marketing capabilities.

The Senior Account Manageris responsible forrunning the day-to-day operations in the studio. Youare responsible forliaising with the Clients and internal teams to ensure the on-time on-brief delivery of high- quality digital projects. As the Senior Account Manager you will be leading project delivery from ideation to execution fora number ofbrands working with multiple internal and external teams. You will support business growth by ensuring that projects are deliveredon-time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also work closely withyour team lead & business leadto ensure that the Clients are happy and to look for up-selling opportunities.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of accounts from an operational output Client and team management perspective
  • Accountable for the delivery of the growth and achievement of growth targets
  • Accountable for receiving positive Client feedback for all projects delivered
  • Manage and develop positive Client relationships
  • Manage and develop junior team members
  • Manage and develop relationships with external stakeholders

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 5 years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management level
  • Experience of managing multiple teams and skill sets
  • Experience and interest working in beauty & skincare industry
  • Evidence of growth
  • Experience in managing and working with external stakeholdersi.e.Production partners PR partners Talent partners etc.
  • Record of re-signing accounts
  • Self-motivated working with little supervision and process driven
  • Collaborative team player open minded and non-political
  • Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior tosenior-levelsin the business
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information
  • Driven proactive helpful and an enthusiastic team player
  • Financial rigor and business acumen
  • Quality of being extremely thorough andaccurate
  • Clear understanding of all OLIVER products
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
