Key Responsibilities
- Good experience in Application troubleshooting and incident management activities
- Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix environments
- Experience in scripting (shell scripting pearl python etc.)
- Experience with Databases (MySQL PostgreSQL etc.)
- Understanding of distributed networks and application high availability and load balancing
- Microservices using containerization tools (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Understanding on CI/CD toolkit
- Understanding on network administration
- Excellent communication skills and prior experience in a technical support role
Person Specifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 03 years of Technical support role with hand-on experience in troubleshooting and incident management activities
- Minimum of 02 years of customer management and customer facing experience
- Cloud certification (such as AWS Azure GCP) and knowledge in Telco will be an added advantage
- Having application development Knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
