Job Summary
Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist who can transform complex datasets into actionable insights and build scalable machine learning solutions. The role involves working with large-scale healthcare datasets developing predictive models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven intelligence into real-world applications.
This position requires strong analytical thinking hands-on machine learning expertise and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured data science solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth descriptive and exploratory analysis on large healthcare datasets to uncover patterns and extract meaningful features.
- Design build and validate machine learning models for integration into production applications.
- Select and apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business and product requirements.
- Manage data science projects end-to-end from problem definition to model deployment and performance monitoring.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of data-driven products and models.
- Collaborate with clinical product and engineering teams to embed data-driven insights into healthcare solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience solving real-world analytical and modeling problems.
- Strong proficiency in the Python data science ecosystem including:NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch for developing and deploying neural network models.
- Solid background in algorithm development and predictive modeling.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working with clinical or healthcare datasets.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and time-series analysis.
