Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone email or chat to Italian-speaking customers.
Assist with inquiries about products services warranties and technical support.
Provide effective professional and efficient solutions.
Accurately document and manage customer interactions.
Act as a true brand ambassador maintaining the prestige and values of a globally respected automotive company.
What We Offer You
Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation with us starting from your hiring datea salary increase of 1100.00 (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
After 3 years of employment the gross salary increases to 1150.00 (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
Night shift premium: 25% per hour
Sundays & public holidays: 75% per hour

Mobile internet router supplied during onboarding (ideal if you are temporarily in a hotel or without a fixed connection)
Italian at C1 level (native or near-native proficiency).
English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).

Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already residing there (relocation fully supported).
