Requirements

Native or C1 level Italian language proficiency.

B2 level English proficiency.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Typing speed of 25 WPM with at least 85% accuracy.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
